Foundation Personal Training

8 Sessions/month (Twice a Week)

Perfect for building consistency and developing lasting habits. With two sessions each week, you’ll stay motivated, strengthen your foundation, and make steady progress toward your fitness goals.

Momentum Personal Training 

12 Sessions/month (Three Times a Week)

A balanced program designed for noticeable results. Training three times weekly provides the right mix of challenge and recovery, helping you improve strength, endurance, and overall confidence in the gym.

$960/month 

Peak Performance Personal Training 

16 Sessions/month (Four Times a Week)

For those ready to fully commit to transformation. With four sessions per week, you’ll experience faster progress, greater accountability, and personalized coaching to maximize every workout.
